    Tracey DeFine

    Tracey has nearly 30 years of experience working with start-up and entrepreneurial companies ranging from software development and technology, to financial services and life science organizations throughout her career. During this time, she has held various progressive positions supporting overall corporate initiatives in human resources, finance and contracts/legal. Throughout her career she has been challenged with creating flexible systems that meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders, yet auditable systems that have successfully supported organic growth, venture capital funding, and acquisition. Tracey leads the Galt Corporate based operational teams that support finance, legal, HR, compliance and phranchisee onboarding/support.

    Tracey studied business at Edinboro University of PA and holds Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute.

      Alesha Hollinger
      Alesha has over 13 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry and over 2 years’ experience in business to business sales & marketing. Beginning her career in the healthcare insurance field, Alesha quickly met her goal of transitioning into the pharmaceutical industry. Alesha began her journey at Wyeth (Pfizer) Pharmaceuticals, as a Territory Representative in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and the surrounding suburbs. She spent several years as a Territory Representative, launching several new drugs and covering various therapeutic categories. Alesha then transitioned into a Hospital Account Management role where she sold an IV antibiotic, an antiarrhythmic and an IV PPI in 13 community and academic based institutions across Pennsylvania and Delaware. Interested in leveraging her marketing education, Alesha was promoted to a corporate marketing role, where she was collectively part of a team developing strategic and tactical marketing plans for a viscosupplement injection brand. She then furthered her time in marketing within the Women’s Health division. Alesha spent several years in marketing until a promoted relocation opportunity became available in Atlanta to transition into an Area Management and Operations role covering several states within the southeast. Alesha remained with Wyeth until the Pfizer acquisition closed. Alesha went on to do contract work within the Oncology Pain Market. During a 2 year stint outside of pharmaceuticals, she helped to spearhead Sales & Marketing efforts for a local engineering firm. Alesha was thrilled to join Galt Pharmaceuticals in 2019, leveraging her past pharmaceutical and business to business experience to direct all strategic and tactical marketing initiatives for current and future Galt products. Alesha completed a Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania State University in Health Policy Administration with a minor in Marketing.
      Allen

      Wade has nearly three decades of healthcare experience with significant expertise in clinical pharmacy, the pharmaceutical industry as well as managed care/health insurance markets, benefit design and administration. He has held clinical, marketing and senior management positions at both mid and large pharmaceutical companies before founding and successfully exiting a smaller pharma start-up. His experience outside pharma includes senior clinical and administrative positions at a national PBM and a regional HMO acquired by United Health Care. Wade’s professional focus is to help create entrepreneurial opportunities by managing entry barriers, encouraging perseverance and helping others. Since transitioning from his most recent pharmaceutical experience, Wade leveraged his years of payer, commercial pharmaceutical and clinical expertise to co-found the unique Galt Pharmaceuticals.

      Wade earned his Doctorate in Pharmacy from Mercer University, Atlanta and a master’s in business administration (MBA) from Vanderbilt University.

      Barry Patel
      Barry has over 25 of healthcare industry entrepreneurial experience with vast expertise in the pharmaceutical, managed care, outcomes research and quality improvement industries. Barry spent time early in his career in the pharmaceutical industry within Clinical Research and Medical Affairs, before going on to co-found Total Therapeutic Management (TTM), a unique outcomes research and provider engagement company that provided data driven Quality Improvement services. TTM was recognized as a leader in the healthcare quality improvement and outcomes research industry, and in 2014 was successfully acquired by a leading global provider of solutions to pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations. After transitioning the TTM Business, Barry leveraged his years of pharmaceutical, payer, provider and healthcare policy expertise to co-found the unique Galt Pharmaceuticals.

      Barry completed undergraduate work at the University of Georgia and earned his Doctorate in Pharmacy from Mercer University, Atlanta and is currently an adjunct professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at Mercer.

      Kevin Vora
      Kevin Vora has 8+ years of experience in the marketing field and expertise in developing solid marketing strategies, product business plans, product launches, commercial analytics and much more within the Pharmaceutical Industry. Kevin has held positions at small to mid-sized pharmaceutical companies within marketing, commercial analytics, business development and clinical operations. Kevin started his career in the pharmaceutical industry as a marketing intern while getting his MBA and has progressed his way to Product Marketing lead for several products across various therapeutic categories. In his latest role, he led brand team and launch team to develop a launch excellence framework in collaboration with his global counterparts. Kevin continues to support Galt Marketing initiatives, while focusing primarily on Business Development activities related to Galt Phranchise Systems.

      Kevin is a registered pharmacist and has an MBA degree and resides in New Jersey.

      Anna Claire Smith
      Anna Claire has years of experience in the field of information systems. Anna Claire most recently worked at Pariveda Solutions as a technology consultant with an emphasis on software development for a variety of projects, clients, and industries. She also has experience as a project manager specializing in Agile Methodology. Her passion for learning allows her to quickly understand business challenges and to design technical solutions to address them. Anna Claire oversees Galt’s enterprise systems and integrates the data management across Galt’s commercial operations, corporate systems, regulatory affairs, and phranchise systems.

      Anna Claire received her Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems and Master’s in Operations Management with specialization in Enterprise Integration from the University of Alabama.

      Manoj Amaraneni

      Manoj Amaraneni brings years of experience in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs to Galt, serving as the site’s head of regulatory affairs and pharmacovigilance. Manoj is an experienced manager with broad experience and success providing support for regulatory agency interactions in addition to IND, NDA, ANDA, and PAS filings and approvals. He has a strong understanding of regulatory, clinical development, and life cycle management filing requirements, including post approval support for phase IV, pharmacovigilance, and supplemental approvals. At Galt, Manoj will provide strategic and operational leadership in the management of all aspects of clinical development, quality, and regulatory compliance and works closely with FDA to streamline the development of all Galt’s products. He also provides critical insights to discover and develop drugs which will safely provide clinically relevant benefits desired by patients.

      Manoj completed his Bachelor’s in Pharmacy from India and received his Master’s in Regulatory Affairs and Doctorate in Toxicology from the University of Georgia. He is a member of RAPS and is RAC (US) certified by the Regulatory Affairs Certification Board.
